We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, including quality of the products, service and delivery . Please let us know if you are not, so that we can rectify the situation.

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible but are only to be used as a guide, please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary.

If there is a fault with the product please contact us and we will look to refund or replace the items for you. If you change your mind, are not completely satisfied with any item, for any other reason, just return it (at your cost), if possible in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money minus the original postage costs.

Please note: we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used, and are of re-sellable condition. We can only replace identical products, All items must be received in the original condition, if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
